How to make a zen garden? Zen garden design is not very complex. At first we should know that quality gardens are not cheap, especially Japanese Zen gardens, so you should spend a good amount of time studying your space and your project. Make sure you understand your site by identifying existing physical and climatic conditions, know your planting zone, etc. Japanese gardens typically require a great deal of maintenance and it is therefore better to keep them on the smaller side.

There are several types of Zen gardens, A traditional Zen Japanese garden is based on simplicity allowing your imagation and personal experiences to complete the picture. Every element of the garden is the whole, including you, and that the garden is the whole.
